The Mahoning County Land Bank and YNDC have completed the construction of five more new homes in the City of Youngstown. The new homes are located in the Crandall Park, Upper West Side, and Idora neighborhoods.

The City of Youngstown has awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds to YNDC for multiple housing and neighborhood improvement projects.

On Wednesday, November 3, YNDC's Executive Director presented a webinar to more than 100 planning, development, banking and other professionals on the work of YNDC titled, "Relentless Incrementalism: The YNDC Approach to Neighborhood Stabilization in Youngstown, Ohio."

The PNC Foundation has awarded a $7,000 grant to YNDC to complete essential home repairs at no cost to low-income owner-occupied households in the Mahoning Valley.

YNDC has completed the planting of 85 trees around the perimeter of the former McGuffey Mall site on the east side of Youngstown.
