YNDC Completes Business Improvement Projects on Midlothian Boulevard

YNDC completed business improvement projects on Midlothian Boulevard with the support of Seventh Ward Councilwoman Amber White and American Rescue Plan funding from the City of Youngstown. Improvement projects were completed at four businesses along the Midlothian Boulevard corridor. These projects are part of ongoing Seventh Ward neighborhood stabilization efforts.
