YNDC Awarded Two Grants Totaling $2.475 Million from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati

On November 20, 2025, the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation was awarded two grants totaling $2.475 million from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati's Affordable Housing Program.

The first grant award is $1.5 million for home repair. The award will allow YNDC to serve 84 families with home repair. The member bank for the award is Farmers National Bank of Canfield.

The second grant award is $975,000 for homebuyer assistance and will allow YNDC to assist 75 households with home purchase. The member institutions on this award are Huntington National Bank and CareSource.
