A watch party for an episode of the PBS Western Reserve miniseries “City Centric” that focuses on Youngstown leaders will take place at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, at Penguin City Brewing, downtown. The watch part will start with a happy hour from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
“City Centric,” a new series focusing on people who reflect the fabric of Youngstown, Sharon, Pa., and four other cities in the region will premiere in September on PBS Western Reserve.
