YNDC’s REVITALIZE Rental program offers an opportunity to rent a quality rental unit.

YNDC is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency dedicated to helping you achieve sustainable home ownership. We assist clients with identifying and resolving the barriers to homeownership in one-on-one counseling sessions.

The Safe Routes to School program is a partnership between the City of Youngstown and Youngstown City School District that seeks to encourage students to safety walk and bicycle to school through identification of barriers to active transportation and using the five Es - engineering, education, enforcement, encouragement, and evaluation. 

YNDC in collaboration with Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley and other local partners have launched the Produce Perks SNAP Double-Up Program!

The Glenwood Business Center at 2246 Glenwood Avenue contains approximately 18,000 square feet of commercial space for small businesses.
