Presley L. Gillespie, Executive Director

Presley L. Gillespie is Executive Director of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC). As the Chief Executive of the corporation, he is responsible for consistent achievement of the organization’s mission and financial objectives; the development and execution of a long-range strategic plan; and day-to-day operations, management of development projects, regulatory compliance, liaison with governmental bodies, and all public relations.

Ian Beniston, Assistant Director

Youngstown native Ian Beniston is Assistant Director of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC).

A professional in urban planning and neighborhood development and member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, Mr. Beniston most recently served as Director of Policy for the Mahoning Valley Organizing Collaborative where he played an integral role in the creation of the YNDC.

Kenya Roberts-Howard, YNDC Senior Program Coordinator

Kenya Roberts-Howard, Senior Program Coordinator

Ms. Howard is Senior Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC).

Ms. Howard served several years as Development Director at a nonprofit agency where she researched, wrote and managed grants. She also grew proficient in needs assessment, statistical analysis, outcome measurement and program evaluation.

Ed McColly, Program Coordinator

Ed McColly, a native of Western Pennsylvania, is a Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. He will be primarily responsible for managing the Lots of Green and Strategic Property Acquisition and Rehabilitation programs.

Victoria Rusu, Office Manager

Victoria Rusu, a Youngstown native, is the Office Manager for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. She previously worked as a clerk for Nadler, Nadler & Burdman Co., LPA. Victoria graduated from Youngstown State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.
