Presley L. Gillespie, Executive Director

Presley L. Gillespie is Executive Director of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, reporting to the board of directors, and is responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. In his role, he is responsible to ensure that the organization develops and executes its long-range strategic plan.

Ian J. Beniston, AICP, Deputy Director

Ian J. Beniston is the Deputy Director of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC). Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Ian is a strategic thinker and innovator responsible for assisting the Executive Director with operationalizing effective organizational structure and programming that positions the organization for success.

Kenya Roberts-Howard, YNDC Senior Program Coordinator

Kenya A. Roberts-Howard, Senior Program Coordinator

Kenya Howard is a Senior Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, Kenya manages and implements the daily operation of various programming components including the Healthy Homeownership program and the Grey to Green Jobs Training program.

Edward McColly, Program Coordinator, YNDC

Edward B. McColly, LEED GA - Program Coordinator

Ed McColly is a Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC). Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, Ed manages and implements the daily operation of various programming components including the Strategic Acquisition and Rehabilitation, Model Blocks, and Energy Efficient Homes programs.

Liberty Merrill, Lots of Green Program Coordinator, YNDC

Liberty E. Merrill, Program Coordinator

Liberty Merrill is a Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC). Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, Liberty manages and implements the daily operation of various programming components including the Lots of Green and Healthy Food Access programs.

Sean Posey, AmeriCorps VISTA

Sean Posey is the AmeriCorps Vista at YNDC for the summer 2011 to summer 2012 period. Sean is responsible for volunteer outreach, recruitment, and coordination.

Tara Walker Pollock, Neighborhood Development Intern

Tara Walker Pollock is a Neighborhood Development Intern for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC). Though Tara looks forward to learning all aspects of the organization, her primary interests lie within YNDC's programs involving homeownership and strategic acquisition/rehabilitation.
