Green Jobs Training

The Grey to Green job training program is an innovative program that benefits unemployed and/or underemployed residents of urban neighborhoods in the City of Youngstown.  The program addresses the needs of these residents by providing access to appropriate skills and job training in preparation for growing employment opportunities in green jobs in the region.

The program is open to 30 young adults ages 18 to 24. The training will include two weeks of classroom instruction, followed by six to nine months of on-the job training and will conclude with employment or continued education.
