Victoria Rusu, a Youngstown native, is the Office Manager for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. She previously worked as a clerk for Nadler, Nadler & Burdman Co., LPA. Victoria graduated from Youngstown State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. Victoria was the Vice President of the YSU College Democrats and a member of the YSU Moot Court Team, where she competed in the Midwest Regional Moot Court Competition and placed 16th overall out of 84 individuals and was a runner-up for the National competition of the American Collegiate Moot Court Association.
