Kenya Roberts-Howard, Senior Program Coordinator

Ms. Howard is Senior Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC).

Ms. Howard served several years as Development Director at a nonprofit agency where she researched, wrote and managed grants. She also grew proficient in needs assessment, statistical analysis, outcome measurement and program evaluation. As Assistant Director for two nonprofit agencies, Ms. Howard worked with diverse groups of people, developed and implemented new training procedures, collaborated with other agencies and members of the community, wrote and enforced agency policies and procedures, and conducted regular staff evaluations.

Ms. Howard has a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Education from Westminster College, and a Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University. A Mahoning Valley resident most of her life, she currently lives in Warren, Ohio, with her husband James E. Howard Jr. and their two children.
