Ed McColly, Program Coordinator

Ed McColly, a native of Western Pennsylvania, is a Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. He will be primarily responsible for managing the Lots of Green and Strategic Property Acquisition and Rehabilitation programs. Ed brings diverse neighborhood development experience including: performing home energy inspections, developing vacant property strategies and facilitating other neighborhood reinvestment activity. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Sociology and a Master of Public Administration, specializing in Urban and Regional Affairs, from the University of Pittsburgh.
